Nation of SHAMEAppalling, Disgraceful & Unacceptable: Please be aware that all "Good reviews "seen below are disingenuous - A well known strategy from companies to increase their rates. Flawed website , a payment process which simply doesn't work, yet all my information were already taken! Whilst the appalling customer service in France is a National Shame, she stubbornly refused to put me through her manager let alone to give me her name or even enable me to get the complaint procedure, she couldn't understand the issue even though I told her in French she then hang up the phone. This is unacceptable and this website should be reported to the regulator and be closed immediately. Extremely poor costumer services; inability to communicate with decency and respect: raising her voice its absolutely HORRENDOUS! Here's follows some tips for complaints:Contact Retail Ombudsman, European Ombudsman see their email address on their website.Shame them in their Embassy and ask them to write to their company on your behalf,Use social media such as Facebook & Twitter,And as a final point ask your Bank to return the payment you made to your account immediately!La Honte Nationale!

Review: I strongly advise against making any purchases from this company due to their irresponsibility and lack of customer support. My experience has been incredibly disappointing.
I ordered two Isdin eye creams, and upon arrival, one was completely dry and unusable. I reached out to their customer service and provided pictures of the defective product as proof. Initially, their response was promising—they agreed to send a replacement as long as I returned the defective item. However, their communication took a sudden and bewildering turn the next day. They retracted their initial solution, claiming that the product I received wasn't sold by them, therefore refusing to provide any remedy.
This situation has left me with a worthless product and a feeling of betrayal and frustration. The company's refusal to acknowledge its mistake or offer a resolution is unacceptable. If you value your money and expect reliable customer service, I urge you to consider alternative sellers.

on different occasions i ordered from them and everything was always perfect.
I saw quite a lot of bad reviews floating around different websites, but for me everything has always been fine. Packaging and products always in good shape, and delivery pretty much on time.
I think people are only commenting when they have a bad experience which is a shame because i only experienced positive from cocooncenter.
Worst customer service I have experienced. They don’t want to take any responsibility. The courier Evri assured me I was still on time to change the final delivery address since they had the parcel in their depot still, but I would have to contact Cocoon Center- but guess what? Cocoon center was on holiday (French holiday though they sell to UK, weird), so by the time Cocoon customer service got back to me, they wash their hands and say they can’t help! Horrible service, rude service and especially NOT reliable!

Fraudulent. Won't replace missing items. Record the box opening and unpacking if you do order

Since my last experience i can assure that they deserve this POOR rating , I made and paid for my order and after facing an issue I sent them an email but there was no response for over a week .BAD Cocooncenter

Never never order from this store. They have horrible customer service. I placed an order in December and it hasn’t been delivered. And they tell me that it has been delivered. And now they are refusing the refund. This is a HORRIBLE STORE. I have never come across such store ever specially online.

Ordered items on 28 November 2020, to be delivered by Hermes. Hermes received the package on 3 December, then lost it. Cocooncenter said they would send a replacement on 17 December. On 30 December this had still not been received by Hermes. Cocooncenter claims it was held up by Brexit. Complete and utter nonsense. This company is dishonest and should be avoided. Maybe I'll get my money back, but I'm not optimistic.

Goods not received. I urge ppl to reconsider before placing an order with this company. I really wish that I had done my due diligence and looked up reviews before purchasing from cocooncenter. I ordered 4 glass bottles for my baby. Order was due last week, tracking number is showing as invalid on DPD tracking. If tracking number showed as having no scans I would be more hopeful. The lady I have been dealing with at cocooncenter is rude and arrogant. She advised that I should not be following up daily as the investigation could potentially take 90 days. Obviously my baby cannot wait that long. I will need to re order elsewhere I guess even though I cannot really afford to pay again. I urge people to save themselves the headache and not order from this shockingly bad company.
